The CFS Story: Since 1976
Founded by Pravat Kumar Satpathy in 1976, Chintamaniswar Filling Station began as a small city outlet and became a highway leader through service, comfort, and operational discipline. Our story is built on customer trust, long-term regional support, and a continuous commitment to quality.
A Humble Start
In May 1976, 22-year-old Pravat Kumar Satpathy became an HPCL dealer when the company still operated as Caltex India. He opened a small rented site inside Bhubaneswar and made every customer interaction personal.
Built on Service
CFS grew through a love of automobiles and genuine customer engagement. Conversations about vehicles, roads, and comfort were as important as the fuel itself.
Comfort & Convenience
The station earned loyalty by offering lush greenery, excellent washrooms, free air with four towers (including nitrogen), and drinking water for customers and local residents.
Highway Growth
The outlet later shifted to NH-16 between Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. Today it handles over 600 KL of MS and 700 KL of HSD per month, serving city commuters and long-distance travelers alike.
